All submissions should be made via Editorial Manager.

Please observe the following guidelines:

1. All contributions must be submitted in English of publication-level fluency and accuracy. Authors whose first language is not English, and who need assistance to bring their written English draft to publication standard, may contact the Editor for advice.

2. Submission is taken to imply that the article has not previously been published in English, and is not being considered for publication by another journal or as part of a book.

3. Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format, and follow the style guidelines set out below.

4. Contributors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any material for which they do not hold copyright and for ensuring that the appropriate acknowledgements are included in their manuscript. This includes acknowledgment of any funding they have received in support of their work.

Style Guidelines

Please observe the following guidelines:

1. Your submission should be compiled as follows: Title, Abstract (100 words), Key words (5), Main text (with footnotes), Bibliography.

2. Please use A4 paper size and a 12pt sans serif font (such as Corbel or Franklin Gothic).

3. Use British (-ise) spelling style consistently throughout your submission.

4. Use Chicago notes style for footnotes and bibliography. Details of this citation style can be found on the Chicago Manual of Style webpage: www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide/citation-guide-1.html Footnotes should be in full form for the first reference of a work, followed by short form for subsequent references.

5. Use of footnotes for additional or explanatory text should be kept to an absolute minimum.

6. Unless for good reason, Biblical quotations should be taken from the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV) anglicised. When using abbreviations of Biblical books, please use the abbreviations used by the NRSV. Quotations should be in the form: Ezekiel 7:1–3; John 3:16.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The journal does not have article processing charges (APCs) nor article submission charges.

Open Access Statement

The journal is an Open Access journal that allows a free unlimited access to all its contents without any restrictions upon publication to all users.
