<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>The paper presents the actual state of the preuniversity education system from Romania, provided, also, solutions and strategies for its development. It describes also the evolution of the preuniversity education system between 2000 and 2018 and also the impact of the european funds in increase of quality for the preuniversity education system. There are realised also prognosis for indicators between 2020 and 2022.</p></abstract>
