<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>Many young people want to work in coffee shops or even open coffee shops, so they set off a wave of entrepreneurship, but according to a survey by the world magazine, Entrepreneurial momentum is strong in Taiwan, and the proportion of entrepreneurship is higher than that of the United Kingdom, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan, second only to the United States, but Taiwan’s entrepreneurial “death rate” is also significantly higher than these countries. According to the information of the chief accounting office, Taiwan’s entrepreneurship rate was far greater than the rate of business closure before 2000, but after 2000, the chances of successful entrepreneurship fell sharply. Also, many people are used to sipping a cup of coffee in the morning to start a good day. In recent years, the coffee market has developed rapidly in Taiwan, and convenience stores have launched promotional advertisements for cheap coffee. However, we have found that Starbucks, a high-priced coffee brand, has not joined the ranks of cheap coffee. They still maintain their high price and high quality. The brand advertise that as long as you ask for what he can do, the partners will meet your needs. In addition, Starbucks products are quite diversified, attracting a large number of consumer groups. From high-quality coffee, decaffeinated beverage juices and Frappuccino, to localized tea drinks in the Greater China region, the needs of every guest are met. Apart from the food, it also sells coffee makers, coffee beans, trendy mobile phone cases that are popular among young people, mobile power supplies, CDs in the store, and mugs and accompanying cups for various themes.</abstract>

The mounting cyber-attacks, data breaches, and ransomware attacks are a result of human-enabled errors, in fact, 95% of all cyber incidents are human-enabled. Research indicates that existing information security plans do not account for human factors in risk management or auditing. Corporate executives, managers, and cybersecurity professionals rely extensively on technology to avert cybersecurity incidents. Managers fallaciously believe that technology is the key to improving security defenses even though research indicates that new technologies create unintended consequences; nonetheless, technological induced errors are human-enabled. Managers’ current perspective on the human factors problem information security is too narrow in scope and more than a training problem. The management of complex cybersecurity operations accompanied by mounting human factor challenges exceeds the expertise of most information security professionals; yet, managers are reluctant to seek the expertise of human factors specialists, cognitive scientists, and behavioral analysts to implement effective strategies and objectives to reduce human-enabled error in information security.</abstract>

Botching Human Factors in Cybersecurity in Business Organizations

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>In the past decades, the unprecedented number of women in entrepreneurship has been overwhelmingly increasing. This was fueled by their motivation to earn independently and to uplift their economic condition. This paper magnified the stories of success and failures of women micro entrepreneurs in managing their ‘sari-sari’ stores. Informants of this multiple case study were five women micro-entrepreneurs who had been in business for at least five years. An in-depth interview was done and cross case analysis was employed. Results revealed that new investments, enhanced family income, productivity, and resourcefulness were the stories that they highlighted as success. On the stories of failures, they emphasized that business breakdowns and personal crisis once confronted their operation. They also revealed that failures framed them to be determined, faithful, diligent, and optimistic. Lastly, they shared significant insights that women entrepreneurs must be business oriented, develop people skills, and employ a strong will power. These women entrepreneurs have their own way of defining moments relative to success and failures in micro entrepreneurship. What is worth noting is the fact that the innumerable failures which confronted them shaped the entrepreneurial traits they now possessed and achieved the optimum success in their entrepreneurial journey.</abstract>

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>The paper presents the different definitions of innovation; the objective of the research being that of creating a theoretical model building on the previous work of several authors. The aim of the research is to define the different models, classifications and definitions of innovation. In this article we made use of a wide range of bibliographical sources on innovation, efficiency and also used comparative analysis of innovation definitions. Theoretical concepts were studied as well. The approach was constructed based on theoretical models of innovation definitions and used the technology and market perspectives. The main methods employed were comparative analysis of definitions of innovation and the creation of a model of innovation. It has been emphasized in the literature that the role of innovation is very important for making decisions regarding investment projects or investments for production. Innovation can bring benefits such as saving time, costs, and products and use them more effectively. Nowadays in the world, innovation is one of the most important factors of economic development, production, creation of a variety of products and in making management decisions. Innovation activity stimulates and has a positive effect also in investment activity.Innovation is the core action for the development and productivity of any economic activity. Investment activity and its results are directly dependent on the type of innovation that has been used. An important range of literature sources refer to innovation efficiency measurement criteria, which are in most cases related to product, technology (process) and market. The use of a number of different measurement indicators is leading to the need for further examination of the innovation-business performance relationship. Our findings have let us distinguish five major groups of criteria where various factors could be allocated. To the three groups (product, market and process) we allocate two additional groups: finance and management. Innovation plays an important role in the efficiency of investments in an organization, forms of business activity and state policy in the field of business and design.</abstract>

Therefore, this research aims to explain whether mental accounting, loss aversion bias, as well as risk tolerance can affect investment decision-making in the Covid-19 situation from the point of view of behavioral finance theory. The results of research using SEM PLS analysis show that Mental Accounting, Loss Aversion Bias, as well as Risk Tolerance, have an effect on investment decision-making. Based on behavioral finance theory, the results of the study illustrate that in the Covid 19 pandemic situation, individuals will generally respond to information received as a basis for making decisions by paying attention to the level of risk and optimizing the rate of return from the investment made.

It has also been put forth that PET only serves as an updated version of MSA, but this paper argues that said assertion is inaccurate, as PET is a useful framework in its own right. By inspecting this paper, readers will learn about MSA, PET, how they are similar and different, how they can be operationalized or used in real life circumstances, how they have been tested, and it is ultimately concluded that PET is not just a reworking of MSA.

Many new and diverse financial products require people to have a better understanding of the process of using them. This is supported by financial literacy and an understanding of managing finances to avoid bad financial decisions. Technology adoption also leads to a rigorous lifestyle that makes them use digital services as a quick and useful tool for their activities. This study aims to examine the role of digital finance, financial literacy, and lifestyle on student’s financial behavior. This study used descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The primary data was collected through questionnaires from student respondents in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that partially the use of digital finance has a insignificant effect on financial behaviour, but financial literacy and lifestyle has a positive significant effect on financial behaviour. Simultaneously digital finance, financial literacy, and lifestyle have a significant effect on students’ financial behavior. The study showed that the use of digital finance is only for transaction benefit not for behavioral change. It is expected to create awareness of their investment products and develop their application into more secure products in changing financial behavior.

Increasingly obvious over the last two decades, human society and the economies of all the countries in the world faced and continue to face increasingly accelerated, amplified, diverse and divergent economic, social, political and technological trends and developments, among which three so-called megatrends stand out for intensity and persistence: digitization and automation of production, greening of economies and global economic power shifts. Considering such issues, the paper focuses on a brief analysis of how the green transition affects the business sector (enterprises) in the EU countries, with a focus on Romania - an EU member state that registers a relatively low level of penetration of the circular economy. Indicators of the green economy and eco-innovation and referring to the economic dimension of the circular economy, were used for the analysis. The results show that the EU27 economies generally are leaders in most of the aspects concerning the greening of economies and their business sectors, but Romania reveal certain relative delays of the local business sector in moving towards production and business development methods characteristic of the ecological economy.

The complexity of WPD has become one of the most challenging issues currently of critical importance in business and organisational management. Therefore, the paper presents the critical issues currently impacting on WPD in modern day organisations. It identified and highlighted the various prospects and challenges of WPD. The results revealed that diversity in the workplace enhances the critical thinking, problem-solving, and employee professional skills. Furthermore, it enables organisations to attract talent, improve corporate attractiveness, productivity. Security fatigue is not a new phenomenon but the evolving nature of cybersecurity results in various sub-categories of security fatigue; thus, making it a difficult problem to solve. Stress and burnout are major causes of short tenures in senior roles for security executives. Business decision-makers lack the expertise to explore the negative influences of stress, burnout, and security fatigue on cybersecurity. It is undeniable that the cryptocurrency market has created a divide of opinions, as some look to explore the market further while others reject the thought of adopting this innovative technology completely. This study focuses on the perception and intention to use cryptocurrencies. Diving into previous literature about the adoption of cryptocurrencies and new technologies. Highlighting key factors that can affect an individual’s perception and gaps in the literature that need to be explored further. A quantitative approach was used to gather data from 102 participants. The findings indicated that performance and effort expectancy as the most influential variables for cryptocurrency adoption, as people seek understanding as what benefits cryptocurrencies can provide for them when they feel incapable of using the innovative technology.
