This issue of the Irish Journal of Management, 36(1), marks a change in the editorship of the journal. Prof. Edel Conway, Dublin City University has been replaced as Co-Editor by Dr. Michelle O’Sullivan, University of Limerick. The Irish Journal of Management would like to sincerely thank Prof. Conway for her hard work, dedication, commitment and expertise in progressing the Irish Journal of Management over the last number of years as Co-Editor. In particular, Prof. Conway was instrumental in a number of strategic initiatives to develop the journal including the move to an Open Access platform published by De Gruyter. The journal wishes Prof. Conway well in her future roles. The journal would like to welcome the appointment of Dr. O’Sullivan as Co-Editor and looks forward to her contribution over the coming years. Finally, the journal would like to thank the Irish Academy of Management for their help and support.
