<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>The article explores the problem of social integration of immigrants from Asia and Africa, arriving in European countries. Emphasis is placed on cultural differences between the existing society and immigrants that create social tension and conflicts. The solution to the problem should be seen in the implementation of positive law, which is applied in the host country. The main arguments in support of this opinion are the fundamental individual rights and the principle: first in time is first in right.</p></abstract>
