<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>Two important cardiovascular risk factors, osteoprotegerin and Von Willebrand Factor form complex in endothelial cells and in circulating blood. The pathophysiological role of the complex is unknown. We give a brief review of the relevant literature and confront it with some of our recent findings regarding the OPG-VWF correlation.</p></abstract>
