<p>The objective of the present paper is the analysis of the selected problems of environmental safety associated with the operation of craft breweries in the conditions of craft beer revolution. The study is the author’s considerations on the selected issues associated with the impact on the natural environment and its protection, based on the review of the literature and the analysis of experiences of the existing craft breweries.</p>
