Antioxidant capacity, measured in ABTS•+-assay (μmol TE/g) and FRAP-assay (μmol Fe2+-ions/g), and total phenolic content (TPC) in mg/g FAE. Samples were analyzed in duplicates that were measured three times, results are means of these six values.Tabelle 3.
