Opportunities to Improve Interaction Between Employees and Educational Institutions

In recent years, more and more countries have realised that investing in education is the key to their prosperity. At the same time, there is a trend towards an increase in youth unemployment in almost all European Union countries. On the one hand, the problems which have triggered this process arise from the higher education system, and on the other, from the relationship between the educational institutions and the employers. A subject of interest in this report is a study of how to stimulate interaction between employers, educational institutions and students.
