<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p> We prove that sums of the form <inline-graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="graphic/7984_auom_37_abs.jpg"></inline-graphic> with f(X), g(X) ∈ ℤ[X] can be explicitly computed whenever f and g are subject to some certain conditions which are defined in the paper. </p></abstract>

We prove that sums of the form  with f(X), g(X) ∈ ℤ[X] can be explicitly computed whenever f and g are subject to some certain conditions which are defined in the paper.
