The Journal aims to publish high-quality research papers and case studies by international academics and practitioners that will advance the theory and practice of business management.

It seeks to add value for readers by acting as a gateway to real advances in business management - helping individuals, managers and organizations to improve their strategies, products, services, and business operations to benefit the environment and mankind.

Practice-oriented, empirical research papers in all areas of business management are welcome, without regard to methodological preferences, schools of thought, or political points of view.
