Fight against Organized Crime in Bulgaria. Legal Problems and the Need to Improve the Interaction between Law Enforcement Agencies

The article examines the emergence and spread of the fight against organized crime in Bulgaria and the role of law enforcement agencies in tackling this problem. The author emphasizes the bodies that deal with the counteraction in the country as well. The paper analyses the international and national legal regulations of organized crime. Last but not least, the types of crimes qualified as organized crime are discussed.
