An Analysis of the European Practices in Bulgaria to Support Start-Ups

The dynamics of modern business life due to a faster development of innovations and technologies is able to turn over for a very short period the logic and development of entire economic sectors. The power and traditions of well-known companies can be challenged by the fundamentally new services and products developed by the small team of a start-up. This is the reason that these companies are in the focus of the European policy. Start-ups could gain competitive advantages of the European economy through fundamentally new products and services mainly in the high technologic branches. This report presents the analysis of the European practice in Bulgaria to support start-ups as an instrument to gain competitive advantage.
