The perception of low-salt bread among preschool children and the role of educational personnel in creating a positive attitude towards reformulated food

. After the meal, children evaluated their opinions regarding the bread by using an emotional facial expression. 2.1 Subjects Preschool children were recruited from the kindergarten Vrtec Koper, located in the town of Koper. A group of 22 children aged between 4 and 5 years, and 66 teachers and teacher assistants of all age groups of children aged between 1 and 5 years participated in the research.
