Safety of Operation and Maintenance Systems of Aircraft Fleet
The flight of on aircraft has been realzed I on operational subsystem. The operation of on aircraft and its safeability are determined for aircraft fleet the so-called flight safety. Aircraft operation and its safeability determine the flight safety of aircraft fleet. The flight safety can be modelled, condition diagnosed, put the procedures of genesis and prognosis. As the results of these activities the prevention treatments can be worked out. A aircraft safety, air system safety or air safety can be considered. Within the flight safety science.
The maintenance system for wheel vehicles of 4th infantry battalion from Iraqi stable forces is studied in this article as a close queuing system. The differential equations of the dynamic functioning of the system are derived and solved numerically. The results of the dynamic characteristics and loading of the system are analyzed and compared with the results in stationary regime.
The use and maintenance of technical systems throughout their lifecycle aims at achieving goals that allow for high values of productivity and availability characteristics of these systems. In the economic policy of each state or private organization or state institution, there is the right to determine the type of adequate maintenance system within the maintenance strategy adopted. Thus, the types of maintenance systems recognized in the technical domain are analyzed from the point of view of the two previously-mentioned features, productivity and availability, thus making the predictive maintenance system, derived from the preventively-planned one, advantageous for all organizations. It is obvious that the current trend is to spread this predictive maintenance system, according to which the interventions will be carried out before the malfunction occurs, depending on the periodically measured values of global pressure, flow, energy consumption, temperature, current, voltage, vibrations, etc.
Analysing the current maintenance system, one can obviously notice a disadvantage to be found in all the cases in which the maintenance activities prove useless, not resulting in finding the flaws or the conditions leading to them, the verified equipment being declared as functioning well. Thus, it becomes indispensable that a rapid and efficient strategy should be implemented for the diagnosis of the component parts of the vehicles, the maintenance based on reliability respectively, which constantly monitors the evolution of parameters so that the permanent state of the vehicle is made known, as well as the necessary maintenance activities. As such, the maintenance based on reliability promotes an efficient policy of the maintenance activities throughout the period of using the vehicle, all the expenses being offset by reducing the maintenance costs through the decrease of the immobilisation time and the number of repair operations. The paper deals with a new approach of the aspects related to the maintenance system of vehicles, relying on mathematical statistics which allows for modelling the strategies likely to be applied within the system. The results of a mathematical approach should not be neglected since the future strategies of managing the maintenance processes of the technical systems cannot be based on simple empirical reasoning, which has most often proved costly.

The paper discusses one of the most important stages in the developed methodology for building a strategy of maintenance of railway vehicles, which is the RAMS analysis (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) in the area of safety. The paper presents the application of RAMS analysis in the construction process (development or change) of the maintenance strategy on the example of a 6Dg diesel locomotive. Based on the conducted research, it was found that this analysis enables proper classification of hazards, quantification of the frequency of occurrence of hazards and the adoption of the appropriate criteria for risk assessment of the created strategy.
The article determines the accuracy of positioning of the aircraft with the use of a satellite system GLONASS. In addition, the SPP (Single Point Positioning) absolute positioning method was utilized in research test in article. Research test was carried out in the new software APS (Aircraft Positioning Software), used for precise GPS/GLONASS satellite positioning in air navigation. The article describes the research method and presents mathematical formulas of the SPP positioning method. In the research test, the positioning accuracy of the Cessna 172 aircraft was obtained based on comparison of results between APS and RTKLIB software. The difference of Cessna 172 aircraft coordinates in the XYZ geocentric frame between the APS and RTKLIB solution is between −7 m to +6 m. The research material developed in the article comes from an aeronautical experiment carried out with the Cessna 172 aircraft for the EPDE military airport in Deblin.
