institutional variables regarding mobility of workers within the EU. His results conclude that lifting labour market restrictions incentivises inflows of workers from new member states, although to a smaller extent than accession to the EU itself. On the other hand, A. Arpaia ( Arpaia et al., 2016 ) analysed whether the movement of labour force within the Eurozone is an adequate tool to counteract asymmetric shocks. He contends that, although unemployment and activity rates absorb most of the shock, the responsiveness of labour mobility and wages to asymmetric crises has

It promotes flexible planning, reinforcement of the PDM as a strategic tool, and development of cities through urban regeneration. Several innovations are relevant in this regard ( MAOTE, 2015 ):
rational definition of urban areas based on supply and demand of urban land, and economic and financial viability (DL No. 80/2015, Article 69), privileging urban

its laissez-faire approach: the government does not interfere in the activities of non-governmental organisations, but nor too does it provide systemic support for building their capacity to implement projects ( Kozek et al., 2016 ). Criticism concerned both the dependence of Polish assistance on Ministry of Finance subsidies, and on the organisation of competitions without adequate tools for capacity building ( Center for Economic Development, 2013 ). In one year, organisations must apply for, raise funds for their own contribution towards, implement, and settle

outcomes of these works suggest that discrete choice models are sufficient and proper tools for researching travel behaviour determinants.
The literature and empirical studies regarding Poland are rather sparse. Among the few available, the work of Gadziński (2016) discusses the accessibility of public transport and its relationship with travel behaviour for the inhabitants of Poznań. The author uses a correlation coefficient in order to conclude that travel frequency and mode choice are linked with the level of urbanisation. The residents in suburbs tend to take
