The study outlines results from the studies on applicability of 1st generation biocomponent,namely long-chain fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) of vegetable origin, as an ingredient tofuels used to supply turbine aircraft engines. The presented analysis refers to both physicaland chemical properties of developed fuel mixtures of Jet A-1 pure kerosene fuel withvarious amounts of the FAME additive and is based on own results obtained from tests ofturbine engines on workbenches. The experiment results indicate that there are virtually nochances to apply the 1st generation biocomponents of the FAME type to aircrafts, howeverit is possible to seek for application opportunities of such biocomponents to other turbineengines, different from the aviation engineering.
]. Multilayer TBC is commonly used in industrial conditions, where individual layers play different roles [ 3 ]. The inner layer of metallic bond coating (MCrAlY-type) protects the material surface from corrosive factors, while the outer ceramic layer is a thermal insulator [ 4 , 5 ]. In the case of first-stage turbine blades, diffusion aluminide coatings modified by the addition of platinum, hafnium, palladium, or zirconium are used. Characterized by lower thickness and roughness, the ceramic layer is formed by electron beam physical vapor deposition method (EB-PVD) [ 6

The presented test results are an example of simulating determination of the hydrostatic field of the drive system and the energy efficiency of the system as a dependence on the speed and load coefficients of the hydraulic motor used in the system. The issues related to the determination of energy losses and energy efficiency of the hydraulic motor or drive system, which should be determined as dependent on the physical quantities independent of these losses, were also discussed. A Paszota diagram of the power increase in the direction opposite to the direction of the power flow, replacing the Sankey diagram of the power decrease in the direction of the power flow in the hydraulic motor or in the drive system was analyzed.
