This study describes the cult buildings, properties and specifics of the cult building microclimate-related problems, based on the statutory requirements, also considering optimal parameters of the air. This study presents the results of indoor air monitoring in the cult building. The proposed methodology was evaluated in Riga All Saints Orthodox Church. During the evaluation, practical measurements of indoor air quality were taken. The recommendations for improvement of temperature/ moisture conditions were presented.

This work presents a research of methodology in occupational stress analyse in the educational field, as a part of a larger study. The objectives of the work are in finding accents in existence of significant relations between stressors and effects, meaning the differences between the indicators of occupational stress to teaching staff in primary and gymnasium school, taking notice of each specific condition: the institution as an entity, the working community, the discipline he/she is teaching others, the geographic and administrative district (urban/rural) and the quantification of stress level.

This article presents the use of the potential of the present-day CAD/CAE systems in modelling and a kinematic analysis of a spatial five-membered lever mechanism 5R. A simulation model was developed. On the grounds of the methodology developed, numerical analysis was conducted. The results of the analysis are presented in diagrams.
