Evidence-based Research The pedigree table is the paramount part of a genealogy. It records – in detail – information (such as birth and death, marriage, migration, and lifetime events) on all the male members of a family, as well as their spouses and children, from the first ancestor to the period when the genealogy was compiled. Among this information, there are abundant data, facts, and knowledge, but all in the form of scanned images at present.
