A second example of a latent symmetry in real-world network data is in the metabolic network for the cellular processes in Arabidopsis thaliana , a eukaryotic organism . This is a biological network of chemical reactions. Figure 4 (right) shows the the largest strongly connected component of this network. Here vertices represent
