2 Settlement type and educational inequalities in Poland

activities, which itself mobilises users to increase individual achievements, but they also allow information and sports results to be shared with other users. Thus, such apps facilitate establishing social relationships with a group of people with similar interests. The connection with the appropriate support in terms of diet and, for example, counting calories, allows for a more comprehensive and effective use of this form of activation associated with improving health.
One of the most popular examples of a sport-promoting app is Endomondo . This application supports
