In the years 2012-2014 on Banu-Maracine DRS there were tested an assortment of 25 isogenic lines of wheat (Triticum aestivum ssp.vulgare), the analyzed characters being the number of seeds/spike, seeds weight/spike (g), no. of spikes/m2, weight of a thousand seeds (WTS) (g) and no. of emerged plants/m2. Based on recorded data and statistical processing of those, they were identified a numbers of links between these characters. Also available regression models were identified between some of the studied characters. Based on component analysis, no. of seeds/spike and seeds weight/spike are components that influence in excess of 88% variance analysis, a total of seven genotypes with positive scores for both factors.
Hospital management has experienced significant progress with the evolution of the Romanian health system reform, it has made strides in terms of resource allocation and cost control, new systems for classification, evaluation and monitoring (DRGs, SIUI, CaPeSaRo) were implemented, some taken from other countries and adapted to local conditions, but not always integrated with the other components and sometimes incompletely implemented and developed. This material does not offer definite solutions to current problems. It only briefly addresses the main aspects of hospital activity, and points out some failures with whom hospital managers are presently faced. Once the problems are identified it creates prerequisites for solving them, it opens channels of research and development of new methodologies or correlation of the existing deficient workflows that can be corrected.

Based on recorded data and statistical processing of those, they were identified a numbers of links between these characters, links quantified by using the correlation.
Regarding the classification based on the average high of the strain, it was found that that there is a strong link between some characters too. Based on component analysis, the no. of seeds/spike and the seeds weight/spikes are components that influence in excess of 83% variance analysis, a total of five genotypes having positive scores for both factors.

For precise indoor localization accurate synchronization is necessary. In this paper we propose a new synchronization method for direct sequence spread spectrum modulation based systems, which enables a more accurate correlation peak detection. We provide comprehensive statistical analysis and numerical results for the decision error probability assuming both coherent and non-coherent receiving via an AWGN channel. The essence of the proposed method is the two overlapping correlators, which allows taking into account the statistically not independent noise components to reduce the error probability of the correlation peak detection.
It is well known that straight teethed shaper cutters present a theoretical profile error. The side edges are situated on a common conical rack face with the result that they and their projection in the generating plane can’t be involute curves. The optimization of the cutter requires such a correlation of the edge defining parameters that the potential theoretical profile error is kept to the minimum possible. Thus the relevance of the edge equations is of great importance. This paper deals with the analysis of the edge equations, presenting two different forms of it. The comparison between the two different forms is realized by applying the numerical evaluation, by substitution of the edge point coordinates in the implicit equations of the originating surfaces. The obtained results present a difference of magnitude 10-E3. Finally, it can be concluded that the two forms of the edge equations cannot be used randomly but only in correlation with the goal proposed by the running application.
