The present study integrates into the complex scientific approach of investigating the legal protection of the rights that result from the intellectual creation in the Romanian objective law. In this regard, it analyzes the main evolutionary benchmarks of the protection of intellectual creation from ancient times to the modern era, aiming to highlight the elements of social nature that were the basis of the emergence and development of copyright. At the same time, the scientific approach addresses the issue of the emergence of copyright by combining, through the method of multi-disciplinary scientific research, the legal, social and historical sciences. In the accomplishment of the present scientific approach we used the following scientific research methods: the historical method, the logical method, the deductive-inductive method and the comparative method.

In order to gain power in an ever-changing economy, in diversified markets, the organization must have an up-to-date information system that enables managers to get a detailed understanding of the organization’s status and to obtain what is needed to manage – the information. Starting from these premises, the empirical research presents the components of the information system. One of the main contributions, however, is to customize the opinions of the specialists and to create a logical scheme on the accounting information system. Moreover, through selective research, the article analyzed the managers’ interest in accounting information and its integration into the information system of the organization.

Thanks to the great benefits of using the skis in military actions, of which we can remember the great maneuverability and the possibility of using the element of surprise by organizing incursions and ambushes in difficult accessible areas covered by snow or ice in any weather condition, the development of the specific skills of this type of training is a priority objective in the training of the soldiers for the success of the fighting actions during winter time.
Hybrid Warfare is an unofficial intellectual construct to describe the combination or integration of conventional and non-conventional approaches used by adversaries to avoid conventional military strengths, often times occurring below the threshold that would trigger a conventional military.

The goal of this paper is to offer synthetically theoretical support regarding the exertion of internal managerial control in the state’s public institutions. The activity of managerial control must be understood and regarded as an activity integrating all forms of control exercised at the level of the institution with a view to ensuring a better functioning of the managerial sphere, making the managerial act accountable at every level and structure. Once the internal managerial control is implemented, the responsibility of management is that of identifying all the deviations from the objectives noticed at the end of the control activities, of analysing the causes that determined their appearance and of deciding upon the necessary preventive and corrective measures.
