A method for the assessment of public participation in urban development

Mitarbeit website ) were reviewed in detail and digested. The goal of this preliminary research was to structure the existing and available methods, and to assess their appropriateness for different participation objectives. Building upon the information collected, a database was set up and will be launched this year that comprises an overview and search tool for 70 methods. Compared to existing databases it provides a filter function for a fast preselection of methods according to specific project requirements. The second goal was to compare these methods with the

Enhancing Clinical Decision Support Systems with Public Knowledge Bases

/prediction failure for the rare but important diseases that might have little data for training. In comparison to the related work on this part, our methods work on predicting wide range of diseases. This is because doctors’ medical literature search can be on all sorts of diseases so that our automatic diagnosis prediction system cannot afford to work only on a small number of diseases. Furthermore, we concentrate on proposing a diagnosis prediction system with no need on large quantity of training data. Finally, in contrast to past studies that only accepted well

perform disambiguation by comparing citation records using some type of similarity function.” In their analysis, a “major gap in the field is the lack of direct comparisons among the methods under the same circumstances: e.g., same collections (e.g., many methods used different versions of collections such as DBLP).” DBLP, which originally stood for DataBase systems and Logic Programming, is a scholarly digital library which was launched at the University of Trier, Germany, in 1993. It tracks all major computer science journals. Another drawback of this approach is
