Thermal Sensations During a Partial-Body Cryostimulation Exposure in Elite Basketball Players

exposure time (3 min), the mean perceived thermal sensation score was 5.7, which indicates a “cool” sensation. Therefore, a 3-min exposure at –130 °C did not appear to add unnecessary strain for the majority of the athletes during the competition phase.
