CasaXPS software. In this approach the peak positions, FWHM and relative intensities of the peak series for each species are fixed; only the intensities of the entire series are altered to fit the experimental data. As the table shows, there is a distinct shift between the Fe 2 O 3 and FeOOH peak series that allows for qualitative assessment of the presence of the three iron species.

:1), DMPC/cholesterol (9:1), DMPC/DMPG (3:2), were measured into round bottom glass test tubes. The solvent was evaporated under a gentle stream of N 2 and dried overnight. Liposomes were hydrated in the assay buffer (20 mM phosphate buffered saline solution containing 100 mM NaCl at pH 6.9) at 37°C for 30 min, vortexed (~1 min) and briefly sonicated (~30 s) before use.
Quartz Crystal Microbalance
Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation Monitoring (QCM) measurements were performed with a Q-SENSE E4 system (Q-Sense, Sweden). The sensor crystals used were 5 MHz
each of the five cultivars were conducted in the growth room under a photoperiod 16/8 day-night, at 25ᵒC.
Measurement of biometric parameters
To measure the length of leaves, shoots and roots were chosen plantlets (3 paralels/each culture) 3 weeks after the application of the saline stress.
Pigments extraction and measurement
Photosynthetic pigments (chla, chlb, carotenods and xantophylls) were extracted from leaves of plantlets 2 and 3 weeks after saline treatment using a non-destructive method, by mixing dimethyl sulfoxide solution with plants tissues

sampling location will be required to increase measurement accuracy ( 53 ). Therefore, a network of sensors will be necessary to provide efficient and effective information on the indoor air pollutant content. In addition to identification, specific concentrations is the most important and valued data for air pollution control.

Material and Methods
Experiments were carried out in industrial and experimental scale at “Stefani & Co” brewery in Tirana, Albania. In experimental scale were used two kinds of different malt. Good quality and bad quality malt. At “Stefani & Co” brewery it is used kieselguhr candle filter. All measurements were carried out for the same beer brand (primitive extract 10.80Ba and fermentation-maturation standard conditions). Testing methods are taken from Analytica EBC and Analytica-EBC Microbiologica. ( 5 , 6 ). The results
In vitro experiments to confirm physical mechanism of ultrasound-stimulated delivery
This experiment was conducted in 2 parts with gold tracer nanoparticles incorporated in the “tracer-gel”, which were (i) measurement of the transmittance in the “receiver-gel” at a distance of x=1mm below the interface, and (ii) measure of the transmittance in the “receiver-gel” at a distance of x=2mm below the interface. A negative control experiment was conducted to confirm whether changes in transmittance were due to transport of potential degradation products of the

as a tool for investigation and visualisation of carotenoids and lipids formation and storage inside the cells. For such an investigation high resolution techniques like laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) should have to be used.
Comparison of model systems (liposomes, micelles) with real natural structures of cells is rather unique in this field. Carotenoid-lipid interactions were studied only in the context of delivery systems ( 6 ), and fluorescence is also frequently used for such studies, but not as a carotenoid lifetime measurement like in the

There are two main analytical methods voxel-based analysis (VBA) and region-of-interest (ROI) analysis that can be applied in the investigation of DTI measurements. Many recently published studies use the specific ROIs approach however the subjectivity of the choice and placement of ROIs brings some limitation for this method ( 13 ).
Voxel-based analysis (VBA) methods based on statistical parametric mapping, popular for unbiased whole-brain analysis of DTI data, have also been published ( 8 , 13 , 15 ). VBA provides a complete overview of white matter
