The article presents the description of the current education and vocational training systems in Poland and the world with special emphasis on technical professions. It draws attention to the events and decisions, which led to a decreased level of education, lower quality of graduates and problems, the youth graduating from secondary and high schools have with finding a job. The studies of the authors on the effectiveness of vocational training systems lead to the presentation of an innovative proposal of deriving operational goals of education from professional tasks and developing a modular design of curricula. Such an approach towards the construction of vocational training programs is based on the model of a modularized occupation MES (Modules of Employable Skills). The described concept is supported by: high efficiency, flexibility and economic issues.
The article presents the description of the current systems of training military aircraft pilots. Particular attention has been paid to the trends of change aimed at reducing the cost of purchasing school aircraft and the burden on the entire training and aircraft operation system. Over the past 3 years, the annual Pilot Training Conference in London has dominated the issue of increasing the effectiveness of training pilots of combat aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicle operators. The results of training experiments were presented on this conference, which presented the abandonment of intermediate airplanes training process of military pilots. The results of different researches allowed to state, that on a well-designed school airplane, such as the Pilatus PC-21, one can train both basic and advanced trainings and then train pilots directly to the combat aircraft. Of course, all this training process should be intensively supported by the modern mission simulator of the 5th generation. This allows the thesis to be a future, innovative training system that significantly reduces the training costs of a combat aircraft pilot without affecting the quality of the training.
An important field in the process of unmanned aerial vehicles operation (UAV) is the system of training operators and technicians. The article presents methods for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of training systems using the Kirkpatrick model. This model has been used in the study of the flight crew training system and presents the possibility of its use in the training of unmanned aircraft personnel. The study presents tools and methodology for measuring training effects at individual levels of the Kirkpatrick model.

The article presents methods for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of training systems and their suitability for use in assessing the effectiveness of training of unmanned aircraft personnel. Based on the results of the research carried out in the actual training system, a model for adapting the program and organizing training of airline personnel to measure and evaluate training outcomes was developed.

It describes the principle of engine operation, its advantages and disadvantages. The article specifies the categories of drones to which these engines are dedicated. The author presents the modular Wankel engine of 5-120 hp for unmanned aerial vehicles, manufactured by Advanced Innovative Engeeniering.
An important area in the process of using and servicing tactical data transmission systems LINK-16 is a system of training operators and technicians. The article presents the results of research related to the modelling and implementation of a modular training program for technical personnel. There were determined ranges of qualification requirements for technical personnel TDL, for the first and second level of service and the possibility of flexible selection of expansion modules for the development of specific skills depending on the destination job.
