Abstract

The general education system identifies two approaches for encompassing arts: through the curricular field and through the extracurricular and extra-scholastic aesthetic education. The fields of arts are assigning a sector, an area of activity, a branch or a compartment. In the general education system, the fields of art have been differently formed. As a school subject, art is being studied through literature, music and fine arts. Some of them are not included in the educational plan (theatre, choreography). The statute of arts (literature, music, fine arts) in the educational system is outlined from two perspectives: art as a school subject and art as an artistic activity. The area of art shall not be reduced to a school subject or a type of arts. The artistic education in the educational system corresponds to the aesthetic education compartment and it happens in the extracurricular and extra-scholastic educational framework. According to the classic, traditional theory, the aesthetic education often is reduced to the level of artistic education. An efficient perspective in capitalizing the fields of art through education may be the extension of the artistic education borders outside the aesthetic values, by extra-aesthetic values – behavioral, moral, spiritual, social etc.

Abstract

Human capital represents for Moldova the basic resource for long-term development. The quality of human resources is largely ensured by the education system. The lack of a systemic approach to changes in education is identified in the National Development Strategy “Moldova 2030” as a causal factor in guaranteeing quality education for all. Artificial separation of training (teaching of academic content) from education is still ongoing. In the context of sustainable development, current topics are taught rather mechanically than practiced. Extensively new and often optional curricula are added, instead of integrating these topics into core disciplines and used as a basis for reviewing barriers between disciplines and applied strategies, so that they become more interactive and more targeted. towards the development of transversal competences.

There are imperative models / projects of education oriented towards the attainment of the transdisciplinary and transversal competences, oriented towards a graduate endowed with transdisciplinary competences, formed through the prism of all the studied school disciplines and that allow him the active participation in the social and economic life. Promoting curricular approaches through one-day cross-disciplinary activities (recommended in the national curriculum) requires the extension of the competence of the teachers in the field of interdisciplinary learning. Required: collaborative planning (between teachers from different disciplines / curricular areas / domains), models of educational approach that use Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) as access points for guidance in the learning process, in the context of real life, through transdisciplinarity.

In the article are: (a) described the practices of integrating the arts in STEAM education in the USA, (b) identified the prospects for integrating the school disciplines in the curricular arts area into the STEAM education in the primary education level in the Republic of Moldova. STEAM education is an innovative initiative in learning, which supports the development and practice of the skills of students and young people of the century. XXI, considered one of the main trends in world education, practiced in the US and over 10 countries in the EU. The integration of STEAM education models into the Moldovan education system (starting with early education and primary education) can contribute to the effective implementation of educational policies through the regulatory function (targeted by the teleological component) and the strategic function targeted by the content and process components.

Abstract

The phenomenon is related to the unsafe world of feelings and brings together all meanings and cultural values. The performance of an artistic phenomenon is not possible without object-subjective relations, only in the frame of such kind of relations there can be established a cultural and spiritual communication, edification of the receptor. In the artistic phenomenon study, are known several approaches, which generate its understanding in several stages. The musical and artistic activity of the human being, as well as the product of this activity, can become determinant causes in education. The production of musical education depends on human skills and their degree of development. In all artistic activities - creation, interpretation, and reception - the "ordinary human being" valorises his own spiritual and artistic skills in order to contact directly with art. This article explores the conception of Tudor Vianu on the artistry, especially the analysis of the factors that determine the appearance of artistic phenomena and features of an artist The principles of artistry are deduced in education from the features of the artistic structure: the intuitiveness, the psychic depth of the empathies, the creative fantasy and the expressive power In the process of musical education, in pupil's personality that experience is formed that empathy, which cannot be acquired via contact with other phenomena / things. The understanding of the musical and artistic phenomena, in its totality, depends mostly on respecting a set of conditions. Applying the principles of artistry in musical education can ensure the joining of art with other human activities and the pre-eminence of art in everyone’s culture and life.
