According to actual engineering test, we design a linear controlled spray ammonia grille, and apply it to the SCR injection system of ship tail gas treatment. In this paper, the geometric model of ammonia injection grid was built in the flue of diesel engine, and the effects of spray atomization, ammonia uniformity and urea droplet distribution on spray atomization were simulated. Then the test bench was set up to observe the injection status of the ammonia injection grille. The NOx content of the outlet was measured by the original data of the flue gas, and the experimental data were processed. We calculate the denitrification rate by taking the average value to verify the correctness of the spray ammonia grid scheme.

The Craig-Bampton modal synthesis method was used to establish the dynamic model of marine four-stroke diesel engine body and crankshaft. Based on the Greenwood/Tripp microlong contact theory considering the surface roughness and the generalized Reynolds equation considering the oil filling rate, the elastohydrodynamic lubrication model of the main bearing of the four - stroke diesel engine is found. At the rated speed, the lubrication performance of the main bearing is simulated and analyzed by the maximum dynamic pressure, the minimum oil film thickness and the friction power. The results show that the oil pressure of 4 # main bearing is the largest and the maximum oil film pressure is in the 4 # main bearing position. The friction load of 4 # main bearing is the largest. The average oil film thickness of 4 # main bearing is the smallest and the minimum oil film The thickness also occurred in the 4 # main bearing position; it can be seen 4 # bearing the most bad lubrication conditions.

The pole phase modulation (PPM) technique is an effective method to extend speed range and torque capabilities for an integrated starter and hybrid electric vehicles applications. In this paper, the five pole-phase combination types of a multiphase induction motor (IM) with 36 stator slots and 36 stator conductors are presented and compared quantitatively by using the time-stepping finite element method (TS-FEM). The 36 stator conductors of the proposed multiphase IM are fed by a 36 leg inverter and the current phase angle and amplitude of each stator conductor can be controlled independently. This paper focuses on the winding connection, the PPM technique and the performance comparative analysis of each pole-phase combination types of the proposed multiphase IM. The flux distribution, air-gap flux density, output torque, core losses and efficiency of five pole-phase combination types have been investigated.

The aims of this study were to estimate the prevalence of radiographic osteoarthritis (OA) and to assess the association between smoking patterns and OA prevalence in adults aged 50 years or older belonging to the Shanxi province of China.
A cross-sectional study in the rural regions of the Shanxi province was conducted among 2638 Chinese adults (aged ≥50 years). Demographic characteristics and behavioral information were collected through epidemiological surveys. All participants with joint pain underwent plain radiographic examination and were diagnosed by a professional orthopedist. Associations between smoking patterns and the prevalence of OA were assessed using binary logistic regression modeling.
Among 2638 individuals (men, 50.3% and women, 49.7%; mean age, 61.5 years) included in the analysis, 49.8% had radiographic OA and 27.5% had knee OA. The prevalence of radiographic OA was higher in women than in men (P<0.001). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, there was a nonsignificant correlation between smoking and OA prevalence in the multivariate model. Odds ratios (ORs) for all types of OA and knee OA were higher in active and passive smokers than in nonsmoking individuals after adjustments (OR 1.374; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.049–1.802; OR 1.440; 95% CI 1.059–1.958, respectively).
This study showed that smoking may not be an independent risk factor for OA; however, there was a positive correlation between active and passive smoking and OA.

This paper proposes a speech enhancement method using the multi-scales and multi-thresholds of the auditory perception wavelet transform, which is suitable for a low SNR (signal to noise ratio) environment. This method achieves the goal of noise reduction according to the threshold processing of the human ear's auditory masking effect on the auditory perception wavelet transform parameters of a speech signal. At the same time, in order to prevent high frequency loss during the process of noise suppression, we first make a voicing decision based on the speech signals. Afterwards, we process the unvoiced sound segment and the voiced sound segment according to the different thresholds and different judgments. Lastly, we perform objective and subjective tests on the enhanced speech. The results show that, compared to other spectral subtractions, our method keeps the components of unvoiced sound intact, while it suppresses the residual noise and the background noise. Thus, the enhanced speech has better clarity and intelligibility.

We report a case of a 78-year-old male was admitted for 2 years of blood CA19-9 >1000 kU/L found at physical examination. Abdominal computed tomography, barium meal and gastrointestinal endoscopy did not find any malignancy. Position emission tomography indicated interstitial pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) (severe) accompanied with reactive hyperplasia of mediastinal lymph node and bilateral pleural thickening. The patient also claimed to have rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for more than 40 years. Then final diagnosis was RA with IPF. The patient’s blood CA19-9 was improved after 5-day treatment of hormone inhalation.

It is important to improve the natural frequency of test device to improve measurement accuracy. First-order frequency is basic frequency of dynamic model, which generally is the highest vibration energy of natural frequency. Taking vector force test device (VFTD) as example, a novel dynamic design method for improving first-order natural frequency by increasing structure stiffness is proposed. In terms of six degree-of-freedom (DOF) of VFTD, dynamic model of VFTD is built through the Lagrange dynamic equation to obtain theoretical natural frequency and mode shapes. Experimental natural frequency obtained by the hammering method is compared with theoretical results to prove rationality of the Lagrange method. In order to improve the stiffness of VFTD, increase natural frequency and meet the requirement of high frequency test, by using the trial and error method combined with curve fitting (TECF), stiffness interval of meeting natural frequency requirement is obtained. Stiffness of VFTD is improved by adopting multiple supports based on the stiffness interval. Improved experimental natural frequency is obtained with the hammering method to show rationality of the dynamic design method. This method can be used in improvement of first-order natural frequency in test structure.
