Many organizations are driven by the market to set their goals in their performance. Some of the goals are: cost reduction, achieving sales levels, increasing the number of customers, increasing the market percentage, improving productivity and quality, innovative products. Challenge becomes extremely acute in the case of companies that continue to expand on new markets. In order to be easily understood, the organization’s objectives should be translated into a language easy to understand for all levels of the organization, that is to be traced in clear objectives, specific to each position, being imparted to the level of unity, team and individual.
Employees must adapt to these permanent changes by acquiring new skills required to use new technologies. One of the phenomena developed in order to meet these challanges is labour mobility. For the purpose of economic and social mobility, labour is a form of movement in relation to the ever-changing needs of the productive factors. Mobility in the labor market can be considered from several aspects. At the EU level, the phenomenon of labour mobility is promoted by the desire to meet the challanges arising in the labour market. From a economic and political point of view, the free movement of people is inteded to create a common market for labour and promoting EU citizens, by removing barriers in this area.
In addition to the current exercise of management functions, managers in any organization, must pursue a permanent adjustment of the management system at the new changes that have occurred, and that may be anticipated in the internal and external environment of the organization. This involves a number of activities of organization change management, components that can be included in what we call redesigning the organization management.
Communication is one of the most important levers of management that a company can implement for the formation of teams and achieving valuable performance. Communication and management are complementary disciplines and strong business elements for success. Management skills are essential in a business, but all equally important are those relating to the rules for the communication and the way in which a manager knows how to interact with his staff. Being manager not only means to rein in business, but mostly means knowing to coordinate a team, leadership skills and most of all, communicate.
The only sustainable advantage an organization will have in the future is its ability to learn faster than its competitors. In the current environment characterized by globalization, competition and dynamism, the success of a firm depends on its ability to learn from its interactions with the environment, its internal dynamics and the experience of other firms, the knowledge and skills of its employees. Companies must provide the necessary conditions for creating and continuously updating knowledge and putting it into practice. The success of a company is therefore conditioned by the ability to acquire, encode and translate the knowledge as quickly as possible
The complexity of phenomena in modern society requires rich knowledge and practical abilities. Also, the speed at which information circulates in immense volume inhibits the ability of the interpreter to interpret it in a timely manner. Contemporary society is characterized by dynamism, by continuous renewal. It can only be known by personal, variable, and largely subjective, symbolic interpretations. The transition from knowledge as an ensemble of knowledge, information, data, to knowledge as a set of competencies determines a shift of emphasis in education, from ex-cathedra exposure to learning through experience/practice, transmission and memorization information (information), skills training, and skills. There is a need for the formation of individuals capable of analyzing concrete, new situations, and responding appropriately using logical thinking, problem solving, critical thinking, and divergent thinking skills.
The transformation processes of society in recent years, the transition to post industrialism and the knowledge society are all challenges for the education system and training. Along with providing access to education, to gain a highly qualified level, the relevance and quality of training of learners has become significant. In this context, quality assurance in vocational education and training, acquires new meanings and involving new institutional roles. Education more than any other area involves opening and to include social and cultural systems in all their complexity, their knowledge and analysis, comparison between forms of training between different educational systems, association and dissociation operated with lucidity and objectivity. Being a teacher means having a major awareness of responsibilities, shaping the young generation for the study, discovering their personal way, their vocation, their own sense in relation to world, profession, becoming the a human for society. The teacher cannot be trapped in an unique formula of education and cannot ignore the diversity of pedagogical approaches in teaching.
