Abstract

The author reminds the definition of coefficient determination and the idea of the largest credibility method in the introduction of the article. Firstly, the aspect of new coefficient defined by McFadden as a power of prediction process and called pseudo was characterized. The similar type of coefficients proposed by other known statisticians were described. Moreover, the hierarchic way of building the logistic regress model, through adding next variables to adjust an estimated model to empirical data was introduced. Four kinds of variables were analysed, whose adjustment influence on the estimated logistic regress model was affected by the quantity of inconsistences which appeared in the data result. The calculations of parameter made by the McFadden’s, Nagelkerke’s and Cox-Snell’s formulas were presented. Concise conclusions relating to the estimated logistic regress model on the basis of empirical data from tested MD-8 fuses type were introduced in the end of the article and this model was compared to values of coefficient counted in the article. It was stated, that McFadden’s pseudo parameter is most often used and it defines the power of prediction process.

Abstract

A statistical analysis of multiyear laboratory test results and dynamic tests chosen type of artillery fuses is presented in this article as the aim to testify influence of natural ageing process on quality indicators during long - time exploitation. The influence of exploitation time on taking shooting test decisions relating the quality of lots after conducted laboratory tests and on different inconsistencies classes which stepped out during these tests were analysed. The analysis of exploitation time influence on diagnostic decisions taking after conducted shooting tests and on occurrence inconsistences in the establish classes were also presented. The conducted statistical analysis suggested assumption, that there is possibility of changing of estimate module in the test’s methodology applied until now. The modification of this estimate module will not influence negatively on the quality of further diagnostic tests conducted, and it will not influence negatively on correct evaluation of prediction process tested elements of ammunition which the artillery fuses are. Performed the statistical analysis can be essentially relevant to modify tests methodology of the artillery fuses.

Abstract

A statistical analysis of multiyear test results of GUW-7 and KW-2 artillery igniters type is presented in this article as representative ones to examine natural ageing process influence on indicators of quality during long-time storage. The influence of storage time on decisions connected with the quality of the lots after tests and on inconsistencies characterising the advancement level of the natural ageing process were analysed. The influence analysis of testing cycles on occurrence of inconsistences in definite classes and for the next quality decisions were carried out. The performed analysis can be essential for tests methodology of artillery igniters relevant modifications.

Abstract

The way carry out of analysis concerning correctness working of evaluation module proposed in functioning research methodology, chosen features elements of artillery fuses was presented in the article. Probability distributions of the aptitude time of tested ammunition elements were applied for verification of undertaken post diagnostic decisions. The analysis of test results chosen fuses elements, based on the standard normal distributions were executed, further the graphic interpretations of these distributions were made. A measurement of the strength of resistance decline of the side-bolt spring was chosen for the analysis, as a way of checking MG-37 and MG-57 fuse types features. Furthermore, the author presents an illustrative comparison of normal distributions, which confirms that post diagnostic decisions had been undertaken correctly. The graphic interpretations of analyzed test results of MG-37 fuse elements type were executed by means of two-parameters gamma distribution in the comparison. Concise conclusions confirming the correctness of functioning of evaluation module in the research methodology were introduced at the end of the article.
