Theories Used in NLP for Motivation. 1st Part

Abstract

Neuro-linguistic programming (international acronym: NLP) contains a series of principles designed to identify and analyze patterns/models resulting from the analysis of personal development theories and models, one of the NLP goals being to combine their different abilities. Therefore, it is more about an awareness of theories and models, which the individual can follow to get performance in what he does. The principle of reasoning is no exception to this rule. The most well-known theory of motivation is the one proposed by S. Freud (a neuropsychiatrist) through his “pleasure principle“, generically called “motivation direction” in NLP, considered in his time the main motivation mechanism. at the same time, it is very important to separate the concept of NLP, in terms of motivation, from the motivational theories and models that postulate that motivation is essentially of a mechanical nature and is programmed through a series of repetitions and external stimuli. Multiple studies meant to support motivational theories and models have failed to take into consideration the numerous phenomena that are independent of external stimuli. Motivational theories are based on the premise that the individual is animated by intrapsychic potentials which managers and leaders must identify and find a concrete way to emphasize them.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming: History, Conception, Fundamentals and Objectives

Abstract

A way of opening new perspectives that has attracted the interest of researchers in counseling and psychotherapy at the beginning of the 1980s is Neuro-linguistic programming (international acronym: NLP). Ϲreated in the 70ꞌs by Βandler R.W. and Grinder J.Т. for the purpose of discovering human excellence, NLP is still considered today one of the “roads” to success, providing the necessary tools to achieve goals. Although the mid-80s’ surveys lowered the importance of the NLP basic ideas, decreasing the interest of Psychology Specialists in the field of Psychology to further research this area, a group of well-known colleagues and students in that period - among which we mention Ϲameron-Βandler, L., DeLozier, J., Dilts, R.Β., Gordon, D., Pucelik, F., Βуron, Α.L., Eicher, J., Муers-Αnderson, М., Gilligan, S.G., Αndreas, S. and Αndreas, Ϲ., Epstein, Т.Α., Hallbom, Т., Smith, S., Reese, E.J., and Reese, М., James, Т., Woodsmall, W., Jacobson S., Lankton, S.R., or Epstein, Т. (and the list may continue) – have made a significant contribution to the development and expansion of NLP since then until the present day.

Management Information Systems

Abstract

Technology is the science that studies processes, methods and operations run or applied onto raw materials, matters or data, in order to obtain a certain product. Information is the material signal able to launch a material reaction of a dynamic auto-tuning system for which the system is conditioned and finalized. Information Technology is the technology needed for handling (procuring, processing, storing converting and transmitting) information, in particular, with the use of computers [Longley, D. & Shain, M. (1985), p. 164]. The importance of IT in the economic growth and development is widely known, taking into account the impact that technology can have on the success and survival, or the failure of the economic activity of enterprises/organizations, IT offering various management information systems (MIS), executive and feedback segments, which all have important and beneficial implications in management and control.

NLP Methods Of Motivation: Metaprograms and Reframing

Abstract

People are the most important asset category that an organization can use; none of them can exist without the human resources that make it up. However, paradoxically, they are also the only asset that can act against the goals of the organisation. From the same perspective, now, people can choose where to work or leave if they feel no pleasure anymore. Those who want to improve their living standards and reach a balance in their professional life will decide to leave their job if it is no longer satisfactory. a very important issue in the day-to-day activity of man is the motivation he/she feels for what he/she is doing. Motivation is a general term that describes the process of initiation, orientation and maintenance of physical and psychological activities, is a broad concept that includes a series of internal mechanisms, such as: the preference given to one activity over other activities, the enthusiasm and the force of a person’s reactions, the persistence of some organized action patterns (models) to achieve relevant objectives.

Theories used in NLP for motivation. 2nd part

Abstract

One of the purposes of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (international acronym: NLP) is to motivate different skills from specific methods, techniques, tools, processes, theories and models into a single coherent and very Effective when implemented. Most of the methods, techniques, tools, processes, theories and specific models of NLP were created through the process called “modeling”, which, in principle, involves decipting the way in which the mind and how we think (neuro) operates through analyzing language (linguistic) patterns and non-verbal communication, the results of the analysis being integrated step by step in a strategy (programming) that can be used to transfer the ability of other individuals. The most important aspect of NLP is perhaps the practical-pragmatic, tracksuit programs and NLP concepts focusing on the interactive side and experiential learning, precisely in order for these concepts and principles to be fair and fully perceived and understood.

NLP tools and processes of motivation

Abstract

Neuro-linguistic programming (international acronym: NLP) is a special approach to understanding the communication process, triggering an attitude of curiosity, passion and dedication in studying the ways of improving and developing the behavior of human being, being not only an efficient system for stimulating spiritual evolution and increasing spiritual harmony, but also a great impetus for changing mentalities at the social level. also, it provides many useful means to deal with the real problems of today’s management and leadership. However, the information about NLP presented in the paper should not be interpreted as therapeutic indications, but this does not mean that it may be considered unnecessary.
