The paper presents the problem of measuring the punctuality of services in view of assessing by different participants of the transportation process. The literature references were discussed pointing out the most commonly used measures for punctuality assessment and relevance to travel-time reliability. The analytic tool designed for transport operator was described, which provides detailed analysis based on data registered during the transport services execution. The information support model for the transport system operation process was referred, which utilizes the available archive timetable execution data to provide the optimized routes based on passengers’ query. The importance of reliability assessment was highlighted for the interchanges being performed along the journey.
