New Species and New Records of Mites of the Genus Pediculaster (Acari, Heterostigmata, Pygmephoridae) from Ukraine

A new species Pediculaster dudinskyi Khaustov, sp. n. is described from Transcarpatian region of Ukraine. Pediculaster hungaricus Mahunka et Zaki, 1982 and P. rugosus Mahunka, 1973 are recorded from Ukraine for the first time.

New and Little Known Species of Mites of the Genus Caesarodispus (Acari, Heterostigmata, Microdispidae) Associated with Ants (Hymenoptera, Formicidae) from Ukraine

Mites of the genus Caesarodispus Mahunka, 1977 of Ukraine are reviewed. Caesarodispus pusillus Khaustov, sp. n. from nest of ants Crematogaster schmidti Mayr from the Cape Martyan Nature Reserve (Crimea) is described. Type material of Caesarodispus minutus (Sevastianov, 1981) comb. n. is redescribed. Caesarodispus modestus (Berlese, 1903) collected from ants Messor rufitarsis Fabricius is redescribed based on material from Crimea.

Four New Species of Mites of The Genus Bakerdania (Acari, Heterostigmata, Pygmephoroidea) From Crimea

Four new species of mites of the genus Bakerdania Sasa, 1961: B. cavernicola Khaustov, sp. n., B. taurica Khaustov, sp. n., B. brevicaudata Khaustov, sp. n., and B. yaltaensis Khaustov, sp. n. are described from soils in Crimea.

Synonymy of the Genera Pseudobakerdania and Ultrasiteroptes (Acari, Heterostigmata, Pygmephoridae) with First Record and Redescription of Ultrasiteroptes Adamisi From Ukraine

The genus name Pseudobakerdania Kaliszewski, 1988 is shown as junior subjective synonym of genus Ultrasiteroptes Livshits, Mitrofanov et Sharonov, 1986. Ultrasiteroptes adamisi (Mahunka, 1968) comb. n. is redescribed and recorded for the first time from Ukraine.

A Myrmecophilous Mite Myrmozercon Tauricus Sp. N. of the Family Laelapidae (Acari, Mesostigmata) from Ukraine

A laelapid mite Myrmozercon tauricus Trach et Khaustov, sp. n. collected from nests of ants Crematogaster schmidti (Mayr, 1853) (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) in Crimea (Ukraine) is described. The genus Myrmozercon Berlese, 1902 is recorded in Ukraine for the first time.

First Record of Mites of the Family Stigmaeidae (Acari, Raphignathoidea) from Rovno Amber with Description of a New Species of the Genus Mediolata

A new species, Mediolata eocenica Kuznetsov, Khaustov et Perkovsky, sp. n., is described from the Late Eocene Rovno amber. It is the first fossil record of Stigmaeidae.

Bdella kuznetsovi Maslov et Khaustov, sp. n. is described from storm detritus of Black Sea and Sivash Gulf of the Sea of Azov, Ukraine
