Presented paper concentrate on problems connected with the role of operation manager within industrial company. Operation management concentrate many activities in today’s industrial corporation and because of that the role of it’s manager is very important. He should to have many skills described in this paper. We analysed responsibilities of the operation manager, his basic operational skills and also give some examples of duties and responsibilities of good operation manager on the example of food industry. This example can give some remarks about practical skills needed in operation management in particular enterprise.
Presented paper concentrate on problems connected with FMEA method usage in industrial enterprise. There is in the paper a description of the basic rules of FMEA method and competition between FMEA analysis and gap analysis. The analysis of defects has been done to find recommendations how to eliminate or restrain them. On the basis of conducted research we found that selection of staff to the team is very important factor in the FMEA analysis undertaking process. The staff should have appropriate level of knowledge about FMEA method methodology and other tools which are indispensable in the process of implementing this method within the company.

The paper concentrate on the problems of customers satisfaction from services in incubator centres in USA and Poland. The aim of the paper is to analyse the level of satisfaction of Business Incubation Centre on the example of two incubator centres one from USA (Hazelton CAN-Be in Pennsylvania and second in Gliwice Poland). The analysis was conducted in pre-incubation and incubation stage. The analysis was conducted on example of survey analysis in both incubator centres. On the base of achieved results we assessed the priority of customers in each incubator centre.
