Access to data is a nefralgic information security zone. On the one hand, we do everything to protect them against disclosure, and on the other hand, we need a new employee to provide data and information to be able to do their job.
Managing access to data in the enterprise significantly affects the level of security in all areas of activity. The article presents the results of research in the field of security of policy objectives in a selected production company. The purpose of preliminary research is to analyze selected issues in the field of data access, control methods and employee responsibility.
The article discusses the results of research on the access to information by employees. Lack of access to the data paralyzes their work, but their excess causes information chaos and makes it difficult to make a decision. The research results clearly indicate that access to data is treated as a priority, forgetting about access to computer software, mobile devices, which can also be the security of the company.

Colour Metallography is a set of light metallographic microscopy methodologies that utilize phase colour contrast as a source of new structure information compared to conventional techniques. In many cases, colour contrast can be induced where no identifiable phase contrast is obtained by conventional techniques. With the help of colour contrast, we gain new information on the structure of Al-Si alloys, especially intermetallic phases, in which the benefits of its use in casting quality control are of benefit.
Blue-yellow contrast is definitely more pronounced than dark grey or light grey contrast. There is no substantial reproducible colour reproduction, since it is irrelevant whether the two phases are distinguished by blue-yellow or green-ocher contrast. When using the colour contrast, the structural components differ not only according to their microscopic appearance, but also based on the knowledge of the chemical composition of alloys, interactions between structural components, knowledge of the possible influence of Al-alloys structure (e.g. refining, modifications, heat treatment).
Colour contrast in quality control of Al-Si alloys was applied to AlSiMg cast alloy (AlSi7Mg0.3; AlSi7MgTi; AlSi10MgMn; etc.)
The article presents the results in the scope of analysis and improvement of the galvanized wire production process with the use of Six Sigma's DMAIC cycle. The basic problem was identified - incorrect wire diameters after galvanizing and specific tools and methods were used to analyze this problem and look for its solution. The potential of Pareto analysis, SPC method, control plan, 5WHY analysis was used. As a result of the analyzes carried out, the source cause was identified - contaminated containers dispensing the preparation maintaining the temperature in the galvanizing unit. To eliminate the problem, maintenance of the machine used to cover the bare wire with zinc was carried out, which allowed to achieve the following results: standstills at the Drawing and Galvanizing Department were eliminated, the duration of the manufacturing process and the percentage of products beyond the specification were significantly reduced.

Responsibility for the credibility and quality of an organic product lies with the entrepreneur. It is therefore in the entrepreneur’s interest to recruit competent employees who stimulate the desired behaviours and activities conducive to the achievement of strategic goals connected with production of products with the quality expected by consumers of organic foods. Therefore, it was considered purposeful to analyse the issues of competencies of production workers' in relation to the Robles' set of soft skills. The topics discussed in the study include knowledge, skills, and internal motivation of the employees. A closer examination of the discussed problems was conducted with the example of a corporation X for its branches located in Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania which produce organic flour. The five-point Likert scale was used in the empirical examinations.
Local roads (district and municipal) play an important role in the road network, especially in rural areas. In recent years, these roads have been largely repaired, which was often associated with the construction of new infrastructure. One of the basic conditions of maintaining the quality of road works is the proper construction or renewal of drainage devices. Errors in this area result in lower durability of the road pavement. It is equally important to maintain these devices later in a good technical condition, which requires spending appropriate funds from local government budgets. The aim of the study presented in the article was to determine the current technical condition of drainage of local roads in the Czestochowa region and to identify the most frequent design and implementation errors, resulting in a rapid loss of functionality of drainage devices. They were based mainly on in situ studies carried out in the area of an exemplary rural municipality. Errors resulting in the lack of continuity of drainage, or the danger of a rapid loss of its functionality are shown with real examples. It was found that despite the shortcomings described, in recent years the technical condition of drainage of local roads has improved, which is related to the systematic overhaul of local roads (including the construction of sidewalks) and the local government's perception of the importance of road drainage problem.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept is focused on understanding and managing the impacts a company has on the world around it and doing so as a part of core business activities. The common practice of most organizations is to implement a quality management system (mostly according to ISO 9001), and then implement other management systems. Companies in the Czech Republic have the possibility of certification of CSR via the Czech standard CSN 01 0391: 2013 which corresponds to the structure and requirements of other ISO standards. The article analyses common elements of both standards. The output is a proposal of the process of parallel implementation of these two management systems into a newly established organization.
The proper organization of work is to set the workflow to the slightest effort of man and machine operation to obtain maximum results. The article presents the problem of the allocation of personnel that occurs in a real company. The mathematical model for this issue was formulated. An algorithm solving the problem of personnel allocation is presented. The proposed analysis is a starting point for determining the production capacity and load of each workstation, which is particularly important when using multi-station work and balancing the production line.
Anodic oxidation of aluminum alloy in a ternary solution of SFS (sulfuric, phthalic and oxalic acids) with 30g of tungsten disulfide (WS2) powder was carried out in order to obtain the aluminum oxide layer named in article as Al2O3/WS2 coatings. The microstructures of surface of obtained coatings were investigated. The subject of the analysis was a threadlike hill structure visible on the surface of coatings as bright ridges. The computer image analysis was performed in order to study the influence of electrolysis time and temperature of acids bath on the volume fraction VV of the area of the surface with filamentous hill’s structure.
